One VERY Bad Visit My 10 year old A4 Cabriolet had been used sparingly but was going on a long trip. Brought the car in for a total service to be certain my wife and I would be safe on a 2000 mile highway journey. They came back with a $3500 bill and while a lot of money, I was happy to have the car I love in tip top shape. NOT SO FAST. When I arrived at my destination a loud hum and shimmy began. The local dealer examined it and said $2500 to replace the drive train, repair the mounts and flush the dirt out of the brake fluid! Oh, and by the way, your convertible top is separating from the rear window. Audi recommends replacing the top for $4000. WHAAAAT? This 10 year old car (only 70,000 miles) is now supposed to cost $10,000 to keep on the road. Oh, there is more but the fact is the Audi Exchange never totally checked out the car. The second dealer made it clear that none of the repairs they saw were NEW. They should have been addressed in at the Audi Exchange the first time. I talked to Audi corporate in Detroit who have absolutely no authority to anything. THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL. They are not thorough in the least. Oil change? No problem. Anything more, find another dealer. And, FAST. More

I had a loaner car ( a sweet new A6, btw! ) and my car was done a few hours before I was even due back to pick it up. The waiting room and refreshments are always top notch, just like the service here. My car is washed and the interior is cleaned when I pick it up. It was even pulled inside the waiting area/service bay so that I could quickly jump in it to get home in time for dinner. Once again, this dealership has shown why it is so successful both in sales (see Drew Malone for used or new cars, great guy!) and service. When you treat your customers the way the Exchange does, and in the environment it provides, it easy to see why people will go out of their way to patronize this business. A+++ once again! More
Worst service experience ever. Greg in service is a complete a**hole. He wouldn't talk to me about the damage his service team did to my $60,000 car because the "weather was too nice". The initial walk around for my car cams back perfect mind you when I brought it in and really nothing I wanted fixed was actually fixed. My car sat there for a week to get cleaned. So furious! Will never go back there again and I've been a loyal Audi customer for years. Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm inferior or have less to spend than anyone else. They messed with the wrong person. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER! More
Quick Diagnosis. Work is done quickly and well. I was there once with what turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. When I got there, one of the guys rode around with me for 5 or ten min. in August heat, cl there once with what turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. These guys never condescend or act as if the problem is my fault. Positive experience every visit. I live downtown with Fletcher Jones 1 mile away and I'll drive up to Highland Park for an oil change. More
