Bake issue resolved in first visit and under warranty! My new 2018 A6 had developed a brake pulsation, noticeable in my first week with the car probably just from sitting in inventory. I mentioned the pulsation to the service dpt. and there was some talk of perhaps resurfacing the brake rotors. After Bob Moniz in parts called the Audi factory representative regarding this problem. With Bob's assistance, and I believe assistance from Audi, your service dpt. was then able to replace all 4 rotors, and the front pads, and all this without making another second appointment. Very satisfied here! More

Last visit I’ve been dealing with Mattie for the past 12yrs. The past few visits to the service station has been somewhat acceptable the first visit with my a I’ve been dealing with Mattie for the past 12yrs. The past few visits to the service station has been somewhat acceptable the first visit with my already I had a tire rotation in there was caps missing on a brand new car. I was told that The caps would be replaced they would have to be ordered. 10,000 miles later, I called to make another appointment to have service done on the car and to remind them to order the caps and I was told that they had them in stock. Then I picked up my vehicle 4 hours later and they did not have the caps in stock and I have to wait again. It’s something simple like that why customers are dissatisfied. More
