In for normal 65K Service In for a normal 65K service on our 2012 Jetta TDI. It's the family mule that works to serve 3 grand kids, spouse, and elderly mom. So we need the car In for a normal 65K service on our 2012 Jetta TDI. It's the family mule that works to serve 3 grand kids, spouse, and elderly mom. So we need the car back in service the following evening. We had to replace a DRL light bulb that in today's cars seems to require dealer attention rather than a quick visit to the local auto store. We like to think it helps the dealer, and ourselves by dropping off an evening prior so they get an early start on the car. However they didn't get to the car until later the following afternoon. A question about a top of motor oil leak was brought to our attention. This would required the car to be left overnight to be fixed. We wish that it was all diagnosed while in the shop earlier in the day to understand the details of repair and cost. So we passed and will have our local german fix it mechanic take a look later this month when we have time. The service rep and receptionist are alway very cordial. More

Paul my service advisor quickly start getting the documents and paper work ready. During the documentation process he discovered that I didn't purchased Audi care for my A-5. He told me that I should had as it was the best way to keep my vehicle under warrantee and save money. I told him that the package was not offer to me so I didn’t purchase. He called his manager and both together started to seek for a way to help me get Audi care. Since my vehicle had more than 15,000 they couldn’t sell me the Audi care package without calling Audi and getting their approval, they told me that they were going to reach up to their Audi rep and to provide few hours to do so. Sure enough two hours after they were able to get me Audi care and I was able to save hundreds of dollars as I know have the package that not only covered the 15,000 miles service but will also cover 25k-35k &45K. My experience with Paul and Ray was more than outstanding, they were out of the way to help me and provide me an outstanding experience. Thank you guys, you had earned a customer for life. Recent service appointment I did not lease my vehicle from this dealer but they are very close to where I work and I realized it would be much more convenient for me to get my s I did not lease my vehicle from this dealer but they are very close to where I work and I realized it would be much more convenient for me to get my service done with them. I found it very easy to use their service website to schedule an appointment and to add what needed to be done to my vehicle. This was my first service since I bought the vehicle, it was my 10,000 mile service, and it also had a recall. It was very easy to choose these services and the type in what needed to be done for the recall. When I arrived for my service appointment they were very quick in getting me registered, addressing my concerns and answering all of my questions. I was offered transportation but I did have a ride back to work already and they assured me that they would be in touch with updates about my vehicle. They did call me a few hours later to let me know what was going on with my car and when they expected it to be done. When it was ready I arrived and the first service and the recall were all covered so there was no out-of-pocket expense for me for this service. I also had a concern about a noise and thumping sensation that the car was making and they investigated this and found that it was the sway bar link and that was covered under warranty. When I picked up my vehicle it was fully detailed and waiting for me with the A/C on and a Thank you note on the dash...talk about service!! Looking forward to returning to Mattie for any issues my vehicle has in the future More
