Upon receipt, Jim was willing to provide ample time to walk thru all the technologic nuances of the machine (not being a previous Audi owner this was extremely helpful). After having received the car in Winter, Jim personally introduced me to the service manager, helped recommend snow tires, and ensured a smooth transition in getting a loaner vehicle from Audi while tires were installed. Jim really made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend. For that, I feel his service was above and beyond any level of expectation I had anticipated. More
