From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, (unlike the old Stammler Audi Boulder experience) and everyone is nice, professional and not pushy. Katie got us into a 2016 Audi Allroad with ease. (She is a total Car Head and knows so much about all cars). I would recommend her to anyone wanting a good car buying experience. Also, Mark Logue (the Finance Manager) was very great and easy to work with. AND, when the shuttle driver was unavailable to take my husband back home to work......Ryan Watson, (the Boss, the General Sales Manager) took the time to drive Chuck home, himself....now, THAT'S Customer Service! He's very thorough in his explanations of the diagnoses given to him by the mechanics. He is easy to communicate with, and very calm under pressure at the (hectic) beginning of the day (drop-off) or end of the day (pick-up). His attention to detail is excellent, in both explanations of work needed, charges for service, and gives reasonable alternatives and advice. More
