This was a good fair deal...you didn't feel like the dealer was stuffing it to you....however they are in business to make money as that's the only thing any dealership makes; They provide a service, which must be paid for at a reasonable price. The dealers service is a one stop shop to buy a car as they have all the experience and tools to help you buy a car and make a reasonable profit doing it. I would consider another car purchase at Audi Boulder...as with any car deal it must be negotiated, or even they will take more of your money than necessary even if it's a dollar more in your payment; after all, they are in the business to make money, it's what any dealer does best. But this dealer provides a very good service helping you buy a car! Bottom line .....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE at Audi Boulder! More

He was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle and Audi and ensured that all we asked was taken care of. The car was meticulously detailed before we drove it off the lot. The finance side of the house was pretty much down to business - really not very friendly but did get through all the paperwork. One thing that took us aback was the price offered for extending the warranty (and some other programs) on the vehicle. More
