In the unfortunate event that you need to have your car serviced, their service team is top-notch! I can't say enough words about John Steiner in the service department. He always makes sure your service experience is smooth and as quick as possible. Always giving you updates via text message or phone calls. Makes sure your car is washed and that you get a loaner car when needed. Its also great that the service director Ian Peterson always stops by to say hi and make sure you are being taken care of. I had asked for more information on one model (used A3) and was contacted first by Stacey that evening! And then by Garrett the next morning. I told them that we really wanted a manual transmission Audi... and later that day, he contacted me to let me know they had a car with our specs! Garrett knew the details and was completely low pressure. We knew what we wanted and the price range to expect so when it came time to discuss numbers it was an easy process. There had been a glitch in the posting - and they made good on it. All of the staff, from the greeter, sales staff, finance (didn't need but they handled the paperwork), manager, service were all great - polite, listened to us, worked with us. We're are very happy with our car, the purchase process, and the staff. More
