1 Star - WARNING: Deceptive Sales Practices, Misrepresentation of Warranty, and Zero Accountability I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Audi Fletcher Jones expecting a premium and trustworthy bu Misrepresentation of Warranty, and Zero Accountability I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Audi Fletcher Jones expecting a premium and trustworthy buying experience. Instead, I was sold a vehicle with a pre-existing windshield leak -- something that only revealed itself the first time the truck sat outside in the rain, flooding the interior headliner and passenger floor. Toyota later confirmed the windshield had been replaced prior to sale using non-OEM glass and seals -- and that this was unquestionably a pre-existing condition. This was never disclosed by Audi Fletcher Jones at the time of purchase. What makes this worse is how aggressively their finance department sold me an "extended warranty" -- confidently stating it would be handled directly by Toyota and not by a third-party warranty company. That turned out to be false. Toyota confirmed the warranty I was coerced into does not cover non-OEM parts -- leaving me with a $2,300 repair bill to correct a defect that existed before I ever owned the vehicle. How Fletcher Jones handled It (or rather, did not) I contacted multiple people, including the finance manager and sales management, and was repeatedly promised a call back -- and received the run around until I went public. When someone finally did respond, I was told: "there's nothing we can do for you." Only after I had already paid out-of-pocket did they suddenly imply I should have brought it back to them -- despite having previously dismissed responsibility. Lovely Quotes from Manager Jason Koonin: "There is no way to detect a leak" "We don't test for leaks" "You are _expletive_ " During my final conversation, instead of accountability, I was questioned for leaving a negative review -- and subtly gaslit as if I was at fault for following the guidance they originally gave me. Bottom Line Audi Fletcher Jones: * Failed to detect or disclose a known defect * Misrepresented their warranty to close the sale * Refused ownership when confronted with proof * Showed more concern about optics than integrity This dealership does not stand behind its word, its inspection process, or its customers. The moment a real issue arises, you will be ignored, deflected, and blamed. If you value honesty, accountability, or basic ethics -- avoid Audi Fletcher Jones entirely. Go elsewhere. Living in Brentwood, I wanted to avoid making an hour-plus drive unnecessarily. I stated my price and was told to come in. Unfortunately, I was frustrated to discover that the agreed-upon price would not be honored. The representative assured me she had confirmed everything with Jason before inviting me in. I was prepared to finalize the deal today but left feeling upset after driving back through heavy traffic. I tried calling back multiple times and they “rejected” my several calls. You need to reach out to me at once to cancel this fraudulent appointment. I have no idea who you people are. I just received a “modified” appointment confirmation email modifying the time of the service. It needs to be CANCELLED. I live in a completely different state. Respond to me ASAP please. More

The absolute worst car buying experience ever. a sales rep who wouldn’t even go check with finance for the application. The next day a different sales manager calls and finalizes the deal. Gets sent to finance and again nothing for hours. Repeated phone calls and promises to call back. Finally find out they are selling to another customer, again only finding this out after repeated calls to Garret, with no answer. I have been very polite and have been treated all the worse for it. Calls returned by Garrett 2/10 Deals broken 1/1 Btws: he still hasn’t told me he broke the deal, had to call another sales manger to even find out they ran my credit for a car that wasn’t for sale More
