On Saturday 7/10/2021I made an appt for a factory bent wheel for my Audi S3. When I made the appt I told them I didn't want to leave my vehicle and wanted to wait. Shouldn't have taken them long to take off a wheel and see that it is bent with no damage done to the wheel. I was told that was ok. So I show up for my appt. When I show up I wait and I am told that I need to leave my vehicle through the weekend because a manager is needed. I dont know why a manager is needed but that's what I was told. I told them that I didn't want to leave my vehicle through the weekend and that I specifically said that before I made my appt. So they told me to come back on Monday. I show up on Monday and after a 30 minute wait I finally get help. This time I am told that they need my vehicle for an extended period of time because I don't have an appt. I didnt have an appt because they told me to just bring my vehicle in and that I didn't need one. At this point my frustration level went through the roof. I told them that I will just take my vehicle to another audi dealer. The guy helping which I don't know the name of but he had a boot on one leg from an injury in a very condescending and rude manner told me to have a nice day and walked away. That blew me over the time and I told him F you and he said "you too". I should have never said what I did but the level of customer service drove me to be rude. You don't waste people's time and you sure don't speak to them the way he spoke to me. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING. More
