I don't EVER leave reviews, unless it's worth it... Watch out for this dealership, or rather, their services, their charges, and their service director, Julian Kim. I have taken all of my Audi's to them for out for this dealership, or rather, their services, their charges, and their service director, Julian Kim. I have taken all of my Audi's to them for many years, and they've always been GREAT! Ryan, Henry, and everyone in service has always been wonderful, and the services they did were always top notch... Until... About 7 months ago Audi Fletcher Jones charged me for a service, that was not completed. I have documentation from them even stating that what they did was not completed. They asked me to do what they needed me to do, then bring my car back to them and they would finish the job, without charging me again. I have since moved out of California, so now I will not be bringing my car back to them to complete the job. However, Audi Las Vegas, is going to charge me FULL PRICE, again, to complete the job that Fletcher Jones couldn't! So I have asked Audi Fletcher Jones to refund me, and they said "no." Julian Kim, who is their service director, is a complete disgrace to not only Fletcher Jones, but the Audi name and company overall! He was extremely rude, constantly talking over me, and was even so rude that he hung up on me. I spoke to my lawyer, and he said because the dollar amount is only $2,381.90, to file with the small claims court; So I guess that's what I'll be doing... Hey Julian, hope it's worth it! Lol! Worst experience with a salesperson at Audi Fletcher Jones. I went to Audi Fletcher's dealership to get a test-drive of the selected car and Kennedy Emesibe meet me in the hall and offered to help me w Jones. I went to Audi Fletcher's dealership to get a test-drive of the selected car and Kennedy Emesibe meet me in the hall and offered to help me with this. He was looking for car keys for a long time and because of this our test drive was delayed. After the test drive, I negotiated the price with him and with his manager, but I had to go to pick up the child from the nanny, and promised to call him back as soon as I pick him up. Later, I called him and said that I wanted to buy a car and ready to come within half an hour to complete the deal. Kennedy said he needed to talk to the manager to get final approval. He called me back 15 minutes later and confirmed that the manager had approved the deal and that the car was mine. I provided my finance info to him over the prone not to waste a time and called an Uber. On the way to the dealership, Kennedy called me and stated he had just sold the car to another buyer. This is a blatant attitude towards a customer, a violation of California law, and my worst experience with a salesperson. I do not recommend anyone to do business with Kennedy and Audi Fletchers. More

I could not have been happier with the Attitude and sincerity of everyone that I’ve dealt with as they were all very happy with my purchase. Stacy Gordon was very patient in explaining various options and also correctly emphasizing that the Audi E Tron I was purchasing would’ve been purchased by someone else had i not followed his recommendation. And the several follow up phone calls since the purchase have also been very professional and considerate of my time and schedule availability. All in all I could not be happier and Stacy Gordon truly demonstrates the Service Excellence that This dealership is known for. More
