This dealership sucks, no customer appreciation after the purchase of the car, very very very poor response in handling issues after the sale, I had to drive from pasadena to Costa mesa to get issues with th purchase of the car, very very very poor response in handling issues after the sale, I had to drive from pasadena to Costa mesa to get issues with the finance dept taken care of which could have been done with a phone call if someone there would have responded back to my several phone calls and emails. Hats off to the sales dept, especially Mike Burns, they did there job, due to the failure of the finance dept to maintain customer appreciation I will never patronize this dealership, and my word of mouth will inforce others not to. More
