We were having trouble setting up the myAudi account in our new Audi SQ5. After a week of watching videos and trying to figure it out it said we needed to see our dealership. Upon arrival to the dealership our new Audi SQ5. After a week of watching videos and trying to figure it out it said we needed to see our dealership. Upon arrival to the dealership we were directed to go to the service bay by our sales rep and when approached by the service receptionist, we were told they “won’t help us” and we needed to remove the vehicle from the service bay and park in guest parking to wait to be helped. After going in to see our sales rep it took them a while to figure out they hadn’t even verified and registered the vehicle on their side to begin with and forgot to go over this when we purchased the vehicle. Finally took the manager spending time with us in our vehicle and we were able to set everything up successfully. Very disappointed in the lack of “friendly” service compared when we purchased the vehicle. Seems they only care about getting the sale. More
