Far and away the best dealership I have dealt with, and I have bought many cars over the years. I was just in the market for a pre-owned Audi, and I reached out 1/2 dozen or more dealerships. I knew what have bought many cars over the years. I was just in the market for a pre-owned Audi, and I reached out 1/2 dozen or more dealerships. I knew what I wanted, and Audi Fletcher Jones in Costa Mesa was the only dealership that was both responsive and not pressuring. Helpful, friendly, polite, transparent and cooperative. The dealership is as beautiful as one would expect from Audi; but the 2nd floor showroom with an open wall to the outside was especially stunning and perfect to enjoy SoCal weather. I personally dealt with Kyle, who is very professional, but when I went to the dealership I saw that everyone there, even down to the service department, had the same standard of courtesy and professionalism. If only all dealerships could be like this! More
