Service writers are ok with letting you stand there for an extended time and not look at you. Making eye contact means they may have to actually provide service to you. It was Ridiculous that they suggested I get a 240$ car deodorant procedure done on a car with 2k miles on it. The car is practically new. And that 30$ shop fee that was charged to program a key fob was ridiculous too. What shop supplies were used in that process? None. It’s just another way to overcharge your customer. More
