At my 25,000 mile service, I explored the opportunity to step out of my 2011 Audi A5 Cabriolet into a 2013 Audi Q5. Taylor (I'm sorry that I don't remember her last name) in the Service department was extre step out of my 2011 Audi A5 Cabriolet into a 2013 Audi Q5. Taylor (I'm sorry that I don't remember her last name) in the Service department was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Q5 and, while I waited for my service appointment, even offered to have me take it for a test drive. She was informative, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and engaging yet not pushy. She spent a good amount of time (about an hour) explaining the various features and options of the Q5. She knew how the Q5 stacked-up to the competition and she seemed generally proud to represent Audi. She should definitely be in Sales! Chris Bucknell handled the deal and worked up numbers I could be comfortable with. He was professional, energetic and enthusiastic about making the deal happen. I didn't feel any typical pressure or stress during the discussion nor the ensuing transaction. Chris got me what I wanted. It's obvious to me that, as Sales Manager, Chris does a great job of motivating his team to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Norby did a great job of explaining the paperwork. He too was very professional and friendly and thorough. I do not recall the name of the Service Advisor who initially set me up for my 25,000 mile check-up. He was extremely efficient, very friendly and attentive. This is a great team and I already have recommended Audi Lighthouse Point to several co-workers and friends. This is my 4th Audi and I'm quite certain not my last. More

Chris helped us to know how to set up my cell phone with the car. I had three times sought help from my Texas dealer without getting it. It was so relatively simple to do it that the Texas dealership should be ashamed. You have a beautiful dealership facility with great people, if your other team members are as committed and helpful as Christian. It is this expected level of customer care, even for someone not your customer, that caused me to change to Audi from Mercedes. Even with a brand new car, sometimes there can be a problem. On the second day of driving our new Q7, we noticed that the front passenger seat belt was not retracting properly. Although we purchased our 2013 Q7 at Coral Springs Audi, the Lighthouse Point Audi dealership was closer and more convenient to our home. We met with Taylor Henry in the Lighthouse Point Audi service department and told her about the seat belt problem. She immediately arranged for a 2013 Q7 loaner and ordered the part. Taylor constantly kept us updated on the progress of getting a replacement. Because of the dealership providing a loaner and especially because of Taylor's interest, as well as her resourcefulness, we never felt very inconvenienced by the problem with our new Audi Q7. Fantastic service from this great dealership! They were timely in finding the issue with my car and paid for my rental while they serviced the vehicle. I am on the road for work, so not having a car would have been more than an inconenience: it would have meant a monetary loss. They made sure they took care of me expeditiously, and worked with my schedule to get the car back. Other Audi dealers require you to schedule a loaner as much as two weeks in advance, which is not at all practical when an unforeseen problem arises. I especially liked the individualized attention I received from everyone. More
