Aylin Reyes is by far the best service writer i have ever dealt with. I have had major mechanical problems, interval service, and minor repairs done by Aylin. Everytime she goes beyond my expectations, with dealt with. I have had major mechanical problems, interval service, and minor repairs done by Aylin. Everytime she goes beyond my expectations, with updates directly through her to my personal cell (even on vacation when i asked!), competitive pricing and upfront honesty. I consider her a trusted friend and look forward to our interactions even under the worst circumstances. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SERVICE DEPARTMENT TERRIBLE customer service and experience at their Service Department. Yesterday 1/8/19 I brought my Audi A6 into the service center for two recalls, t TERRIBLE customer service and experience at their Service Department. Yesterday 1/8/19 I brought my Audi A6 into the service center for two recalls, to address the fact that may AC was blowing warm air on occasion, to get a quote for the pending routine service, and for a courtesy car wash.My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I left Audi nearly 5 hours later at 3:30 PM. The service manager never came to find me to offer updates once during this time frame nor did any other service manager offer to help the only person that they had seen sitting in the waiting area for hours. I had to track her down multiple times. I was never offered a loaner and only when I declined an Uber (no thanks.) to go eat something since I had been there already 2.5 hours, was a loaner option provided. I was assured the car would be ready by the time I came back from lunch. The list of grievances continued, BUT I ended up finally demanding my car at 3:15 PM as I now needed to pick up my 7 month old baby from daycare by 4 PM and did not plan for alternate pick-up for him SINCE MY APPT WAS AT 10:30 AM THAT DAY. The best part? They never addressed the AC issue, I never received a quote for the pending service my car needs, and I never got a car wash. Oh- they did provide me the technicians multiple point inspection sheet which apparently showed my brake pads are dangerously low but never bothered to discuss this with me other than handing me the paper. I go out of my way to visit the Audi Ft Lauderdale rather than the Coral Springs location as I have been loyal to their service department, but after being ignored and misled the entire day- I will never return and I will urge everyone I know and everyone who reads this to take your business to another Audi where your business is valued and more importantly, your time is valued. More

Dangerous for your vehicle I brought my vehicle in to do its 20k service at the Fort Lauderdale Audi dealership on a Saturday in July and was given a loaner because they couldn' I brought my vehicle in to do its 20k service at the Fort Lauderdale Audi dealership on a Saturday in July and was given a loaner because they couldn't complete the service apparently until after the July 4th holidays. The loaner was dirty and had garbage in the trunk as well as the tires were low on air. It seemed like they could care less about the Audi brand and image. I returned to pick up my vehicle 2 days later and found a huge dent on the front of my hood. It looked like a tool had dropped facefirst on the hood and left not only a sizable dent but also three long scratch lines. I brought the vehicle in to show Audi what they did to my vehicle and a manager casually replied that this is the work of a stone on a highway. Insulting my intelligence with this nonsense, they then sent me an email stating that they would only take care of the problem if I left a positive review for the dealership. I have now contacted the corporate offices about the deceiftul and horrid service and practices that are ongoing at Audi of Fort Lauderdale. I will never return to this location and would warn anyone who loves their car to avoid them. The managers are disengenous and seem apt to bribing. I hope that corporate will address my concerns asap and discipline this location immediately. More
Deceptive Service Repairs I recently, took my vehicle into the shop for major repairs. I spent thousands of dollars at this dealership. Upon, the completion of my repairs, I pick the vehicle up and two days later, I had more problems then when I came into the shop. The service person SM appeared to be incompetent to know anything what was going on. I return the vehicle back to the shop, as they completely, messed up the vehicle. They kept my vehicle for almost a month. I called and emailed the service guy, several times. No response, then I jad to physically go to the shop. As I approached the counter, it appeared I was giving the run around. I was advised my car would be ready, it only needed a recharge. Four days after I received a call stating that, my vehicle was ready to go. The next day I get a call from the service manager explaining they wanted to put me into a pre-owned vehicle because the vehicle was old. It is my intent that the service department took advantage of this consumer, They lied, no communication between the service manager and the service personnel. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They destroyed my vehicle with the intent to get me to purchase a new vehicle. More
