Service on MMI system My 2017 A-4 ( 15 mo. old) had an MMI malfunction. Telephone connection was dropped and could not be re-connected. No Navigation function at all. No Ca My 2017 A-4 ( 15 mo. old) had an MMI malfunction. Telephone connection was dropped and could not be re-connected. No Navigation function at all. No Car Play function at all. The only thing that worked was the satellite radio which was functioning normally. I called service at Ft Myers Audi and they connected me with Garrett, their "tech" guy. He cheerfully walked me through the re-booting process, but no re-booting would happen. He transferred me to Chris at service and Chris sent someone WITHIN 1 HOUR (dealership is 20 minutes away one way) to pick up car and leave me with an A-4 loaner. Car was brought in and examined. It was determined the next day that the MMI could not be revived, and a new unit was ordered and expressed in. Car was delivered back (100% covered by warranty) to my office by noon the next day. MMI works great now -- all functions . This performance was both excellent and impressive. More
