Our sales person Antonella was awesome and very helpful throughout the process of test driving and getting a deal done. However I would not deal with Richard Fernandez one of the sales managers, on New Yea throughout the process of test driving and getting a deal done. However I would not deal with Richard Fernandez one of the sales managers, on New Year’s Eve he proceeded to tell me that he was going to sell 200 cars as if he didn’t need to sell 201 he also told me that Aldie did not participate in the Costco program which was not true.... we left the dealership at 8 PM on New Year’s Eve and he was on the phone and too busy to come thank us for our business. Plus point: The new place is a nice facility but the approaching-the-customer-part needs work. After walking around, I got introduced to Ryan Stern who was walking in from helping another customer. Once I got paired with Ryan Stern, things were good. He does work hard to locate a vehicle of your choice and will work with you on the prices. Pete Shumar was also excellent! Now, this review is based on a transaction in 2019; things may have improved since then. Cons: I am still waiting for their tech specialist to call me to schedule an overview of the car.....Called the service dept for service and they have yet to call me back. Overall, a good place to buy a car (new or pre-owned/certified) but look to have it serviced elsewhere.... More
