I had an amazing experience with this specific dealership. I was in the market for a newer model cayenne to replace my present one and have been looking online. I saw one that interested me at this dealer and I was immediately contacted back in regards to that vehicle. I actually had a couple of cayennes that I was considering; however, the service that I received from Anwar was far above par. He made a youtube video of the vehicle that I was interested in since I am located in another state in order to get a better view of its exterior and interior features. I didn't get that from any other dealership. I just had access to the same pictures that was online that is available to the general public. He was always prompt with his replies and made sure he assisted me with any questions that I had. There was actually a vehicle that was the same model and year at another dealership with a lot less miles for the same price, but due to their incompetence with their service, I continued to work with Anwar and ultimately bought the hybrid s with him with no regrets. In addition, he continued to follow up with me after my vehicle was delivered. Thanks again Anwar! More
