Some departments are better than others After an initial horrible experience, which was not the fault of the dealership, the staff was quick to remedy the situation. After this event the staff was very good about keeping us informed of the process and appeared to doing what they could to remedy the situation quickly - and it was quickly resolved. We were told when we picked up the car that someone would be in contact with us to go over the technology in the car. Three weeks after delivery of the car we had an appointment to have Resistall applied. When I made the appointment I asked that I also be scheduled for a meeting with the "technologist" to go over the car's technology. When I picked up my car after the Resistall application the technologist was busy with another customer. I hung around for a while and finally left. Four weeks to the day after we picked up the car, I get an email from Adam, the technologist, telling me to let him know of a day and time I would like to come in and have him go over my car's technology. I returned his email a few days later with a possible day and time I would like to come in. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from Adam. This would have been a 5 star review had it not for Adam dropping the ball. applied. More
