After three bits of misinformation it was strike three! On the positive side I was impressed with the Audi SUV line but after being quoted a price via the internet which was not honored upon arrival we had On the positive side I was impressed with the Audi SUV line but after being quoted a price via the internet which was not honored upon arrival we had our doubts but continued to negotiate. Then we learned the vehicle did not have the option we were told it had. Lastly the warranty we were told came with the vehicle was again a piece of bad information. The last incident was not disclosed until I asked for the warranty in writing as we were about to cut the check. Needless to say we walked and bought at another dealership. My only regret is there was not another Audi dealership in the general area as we ended up buying a competing make. More
