It took longer than the prescribed time because 30, My Audi A3 was the first 2.0L engine Audi Fresno had performed the second engine modification on. It took longer than the prescribed time because 30,000 miles and heat made several bolts more difficult to remove. As well, the prescribed time - as recommended by Audi - to complete the service was shorter than servicing actually required. (Of note: the servicing requirements between 3.0L and 2.0L engines are different. Audi Fresno has done more 3.0L modifications than 2.0L.) My expectation was that I'd have the vehicle returned the same day, but unfortunately, it took them two full days. Despite the delay the service department took great care of me in the meantime by keeping me informed and by providing a loaner vehicle. I have no doubt the servicing of my vehicle will make a shorter visit for future customers. The customer service I've received at Audi Fresno on many occasions is a reason for me to purchase more Audi vehicles in the future. More
