My first time having my Audi A5 serviced at your dealership. When I approached the service department at Audi Fresno, I was greeted by Hugo Gutierrez, my service consultant. Although I was a little nervous sinc When I approached the service department at Audi Fresno, I was greeted by Hugo Gutierrez, my service consultant. Although I was a little nervous since this was the first time I had my new Audi serviced at this dealership, Hugo was very pleasant and demonstrated his expertise in processing my request to have my car serviced. I was very impressed when I asked if Audi had a shuttle service to take me home while I was having my car serviced and when Hugo told me that they had a loaner automobile ready for me to use. Later that afternoon, Hugo telephoned me to let me know that my car was ready right on schedule. When I returned to Audi Fresno, Hugo was waiting with the paperwork and keys to my car. I also appreciated having my car washed as part of the services. Wow! To date, I am extremely pleased and satisfied with all aspects of my experience with Audi Fresno. Thank you. More

My first service visit to Audi Fresno I made an appointment and took my 2016 Audi A3 for the 35K mile service to this dealer. Hugo and Brian was very helpful with great customer service. I was provided with a loaner car a 2018 Audi A4 for the entire day and I also got to taste coffee from the fancy coffee bar they have in their dealership. Waiting in this dealership is also fun specially when you can ogle all those exotic cars (Porsche GT2, GT3, Ferrari etc.) around you. Honestly I love going to this place. Brings my inner child out.
