I dare you to find a service department more dedicated to it's customers than Fresno Audi/Porsche! From the time we drove in Bryan Serpa and the crew treated us and my car like family. Really loved the detai it's customers than Fresno Audi/Porsche! From the time we drove in Bryan Serpa and the crew treated us and my car like family. Really loved the detailed walk around video that was sent to me of the inspection on my car. The staff was very knowledgeable and broke down every part that needed attention on the video which was helpful to me in choosing what services I needed. My car was then fixed in 24hrs!! I was even provided a 2021 Audi Q5 as a loaner while my car was being serviced! Talk about a stress free experience.
