In fact, our experience was so good that we bought two brand new cars from them last year. I told the sales guys when we purchased that I was doing it because the service team is so amazing. We've owned these cards for over a year now and they continue to satisfy us with their great level of service. Chris, the service manager always goes above and beyond to explain things if I need and make sure i'm comfortable. I feel at home there and know a lot of them by first name. Our sales person, Jeff Hummel, was a complete professional throughout the process. He helped us ship the car from Colorado to Dallas where we live. Upon receipt of the vehicle, we found a few minor flaws that we had been unaware of. Jeff and the entire Audi Glenwood Springs team really stepped up. They worked with us to get the flaws fixed in a very fair way. In fact, Jeff went above and beyond and contacted former colleagues here in Dallas to find an expert to help us. Michael Suave in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall, we were very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend both Audi Glenwood Springs and Jeff. More
