Recall repairs I had a good experience getting two recall-related repairs done: the replacement of defective airbags, and the replacement of catalyst in the catalyt I had a good experience getting two recall-related repairs done: the replacement of defective airbags, and the replacement of catalyst in the catalytic converter system. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the process of scheduling the repairs was frustrating. I called several times to get in the schedule and was told each time, “we’ll order the parts and then call to let you you know when to come in”. Each time, no call came and I had to start all over again. The whole process took several months. I had to force the issue after about the fourth time I called in order to get some attention. After that unpleasant conversation I finally got in the schedule, and everything was completed satisfactorily. More
