When we arrived they were already prepared, and they were gracious in every aspect. After the test drive, we discussed the price plus a needed repair; Rob did everything to meet us at a fair price and resolve the repair. Then he personally shepherded the work to assure it was done perfectly. In every moment we felt they were there with the sole focus of meeting our needs. I never felt pressured, and in fact loosened my "guard" and felt we were working toward the same goal. Wow ! Yes, worth the trip ! I worked with four other dealerships as well for this purchase, and Glenwood Audi/VW was in a class above the rest. Go there. It's what buying a car should be. More

Great working with Nolan and Alex I have owned an Audi for a about 3-4 years now. I just recently had the best experience from the Service department. Nolan customer service has had me I have owned an Audi for a about 3-4 years now. I just recently had the best experience from the Service department. Nolan customer service has had me telling people in town about my experience for over a week now. Previous to him being at this dealership, it was straight up awful, and the reason I cannot give 5 stars at this time. I had to call over and over and over to get my car in. I was getting the run around. " I have to call you back." (and it didn't happen) It eventually got handled but it was 9 months of bull*&%$. And that is putting it lightly as to what happened with the dept. It kept us from being a repeat buyer. When we were called to trade in for the newer version that we had been waiting for we unfortunately had to turn it down. Alex has been great since being our sales rep!! He comes and greats and chats with us every time we are in the lot! If this keeps up, it is very possible we may purchase a new Audi in the future, and give the 5 stars. :) Thank you Nolan and Alex! Took my car in for warranty work. I bought my car from Prestige Imports in Denver before moving to the mountains. Glenwood Springs in much closer to my home now so I contacted Nolan a I bought my car from Prestige Imports in Denver before moving to the mountains. Glenwood Springs in much closer to my home now so I contacted Nolan at Glenwood Springs Audi for warranty/recall work. Nolan was very personable and terrific to work with as he confirmed that he would be able to get the recall parts quickly for me to bring my car in before my warranty expired. I was able to book an appointment with him just a few days out. There was a warranty item that needed repair and he got the part and the car fixed within 24 hours. I would strongly recommend Nolan and Glenwood Springs Audi. More
