Matthew, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Its unacceptable to be lacking in product knowledge on the fantastic model line we represent. Regarding the acquisition fees however, unfortunately we are just representing the banks that lease these cars. Audi Financial charges $695, while the credit unions on Long Island charge $895 (and have much better rates right now so that's why it was presented). This is comparable and in many cases lower than many of the German makes we compete with. Sincerely, Breene Callahan Biener Audi

Matthew, We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with your experience. This should have been explained to you better in person. We do not charge any dealer admin/prep type fees here. The $895 was either the bank fee of the local credit union's offering a lease program on the car, or the factory destination charge on all new 2015 models ($925 for 2016's).
