I knew specifically what year/make/model car I wanted and had done research and looked at several cars prior, but going through this dealership and working with Charlie was definitely something that made my decision easier. I highly recommend working with Charlie; also the pick-up process was very smooth and the car was prepped to my specifications and ready to go.
