My experience at Biener Audi was by far greater than any other dealership I visited. I wasn't sure of what vehicle I wanted to lease. He explained to me what vehicle would be in my price range and explained the basics of why Audi is such a quality vehicle. Having driven a VW GTI I knew this was the next step up. This was the last stop of the day and Mike could se that I was tiring and he suggested I come back tomorrow for a test drive. He didn't bother me for my number as other salesmen had done. I came back the next day and test drove the A4 and like Mike says "the Audi sells itself". He got me a great deal on my lease and I picked up my vehicle the next day as promised. He took me around the dealership and introduced to all the people that I needed to know. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very much at home. He took the time to show me everything I needed to know about my vehicle and I left with a huge grin on my face. I'm still smiling today two days later.
