Biener is great! Had a wonderful experience working with them on my new A5. I did my research online on the various Audi dealerships in the tri-state area. But I figured I would try the closest one to me fi them on my new A5. I did my research online on the various Audi dealerships in the tri-state area. But I figured I would try the closest one to me first. I made contact with Drew Russo via email after reading all the positive reviews about him on DealerRater. The reviews were spot-on! Drew is an awesome guy and a true professional, very easy to deal with. I had already done my research on pricing so I knew what was a fair price beforehand. All it took was a few emails back and forth and we had a deal! Went to the dealership on the following Monday to sign some of the paperwork. Everything was as discussed, no hidden fees, etc. I even got a great deal on my trade-in. Initially we were planning to do a factory order but Drew found the car I wanted that had some extra options. Instead of having me pay for the extras they threw them all in! So now I didn't have to wait a couple of months for the car and I got a car with some nice extra options at no extra cost. Next I worked with George Mengisopoulos from the finance dept. We went over all the details of the lease. It was a real pleasure working with George. Delivery day went super smooth. Everything was ready for me when I arrived and Drew took the time to go over all the new features in the new car. I highly recommend Biener Audi if you're looking for an Audi. Everything was ok at dealer until Mark in finance pulled the typical bait and switch. He promised me going rate and then raised it .5 points. He said it would only be a $2 dollar a month difference and it the typical bait and switch. He promised me going rate and then raised it .5 points. He said it would only be a $2 dollar a month difference and it no big deal. The principal that it changed on my drive to buy car is what was most upsetting. It was a $10 a month increase bringing it to $600 difference over the 60 months. He claimed original price was quoted before credit check was complete. Who gives a price before they do a credit check. The cars are priced ok but of course they rip you off on trade in. Negotiate trade in value first and then price of car. Only way not to get screwed. Just avoid Mark because he's incompetent and condescending. Otherwise as long as your tough with any dealer that's fair you should be fine. More
