After my purchase I was greeted by Mr.Rich Pizzo whom assured me I made the right decision with my brand new A8L in which I am. I was walked through the service area and I may ad, it was clean and the service people went out of their way to accommodate me. I have kept in touch with Mr. Russo for the past couple of months in regards to my first service and Mr. Russo has always followed through with his word. Audi was the last consideration on our list and it should have been the first. If Biener and our salesman Tony R was visited first we would have save time and aggravation. Tony was a professional in every sense of the word. Courteous and knowledgeable about the product and talk to both me and my wife. Other salesman would just focus the conversation on me and not include my wife even though her knowledge of automobiles is outstanding and would embarrass a meager salesman. But beyond the spectacular presentation, the absolutely best "car enthusiast" test drive ever. He put me and the car though the paces and left a ear to ear grin on my face and the check book out of my pocket. We walked out with a deal that was favorable to the both of us. But here is why I highly recommend this dealer and Tony. We purchased a domestic made lemon with a customer support network that was non existent. Sixty seven days we were without a car. Not a pleasant experience. So we pick up the Audi and drove it home and my wife noticed a thump sound coming from the rear of the car. Dread of here we go again syndrome. Reported the issue with Tony, and he responded that night (10PM) and was willing to pick up the car from my house the following morning and drop off a brand new Audi.Picking my jaw off the floor from Tony's response made me realize these are the people we want to do business with. As it turned out it was a shipping block that was the culprit and within 10 minutes I was back on the road with that ear to ear grin. We give a BIG thanks to Tony and the dealership for making this a fantastic buying experience. We will be back! More

I recently visited this dealer as well as two other dealers on Long Island. The first dealer I went to only because my father knew the owner. The salesman was nice but didn't seem to work hard to ear dealers on Long Island. The first dealer I went to only because my father knew the owner. The salesman was nice but didn't seem to work hard to earn my business but did discount a new S4 for me. Then I visited another dealer closer to the south shore just to shop around. The salesman I met with REFUSED to work with me on the price strictly because I was looking for a new S4. He explained it's a rare vehicle. I told him about the deal that I had from the first dealer and he still refused to work with me on the price and I walked out. The last place I visited was Biener and I was introduced to Drew. I can't say enough about him! He was very enthusiastic and knew A LOT about the S4 and it's competitors. He was able to beat the deal from the first dealer and locate a car for me. The first dealer had me order the car and swore there wasn't a manual S4 available. Rich Pizzo, the GM, came out the thank me for my business and welcomed me to the Biener family. We started talking about exhaust and other options that I can do to the S4 to make it faster. By far, hands down, best car shopping experience I have ever had!
