Overpriced for the service they do. I brought my car in and told them the exhaust needed to be checked. It had previously fallen out on the highway a few months prior and dislodged agai I brought my car in and told them the exhaust needed to be checked. It had previously fallen out on the highway a few months prior and dislodged again a few days before I brought it in. I did feel weird driving the car - headaches daily, fatigue, dizziness. This was all new onset. They had my car for almost 2 weeks. I go to collect it with a $4k bill and the told me, at that moment, it could not be fixed Bc “no parts” until July. Aside with it being a nuisance to drive there’s a potential health risk due to CO tox from a leaky exhaust. They did everything under the sun except attempt to fix that. And I’ve spent thousands of dollars there. Completely unsatisfactory service and pricing. Don’t bring your car to that dealership as they did a half assed job on mine. I’m going to a different Audi dealership for here on. Check BBB on them- they have opened complaints. More

My only complaint is the over sticker fee added to the price of the car. We are loyal customers at Biener Audi for more then 25 years and for that reason, I believe the additional fee should have been wav price of the car.
