No high pressure from the service advisors (even though they are compensated by selling you add on service) They kept you informed during the process and were always professional. The only thing I can critique is the lack of snacks and more beverage choices like Lexus offers. More

Verne Watley was the only reason why I bought my A3 I love my car but I almost didn't get it. However, Verne's patience and non pushy attitude was the deciding factor. Price was ok but the sales manager didn't honor the $300 off coupon that I received for doing a survey with them. Wouldn't have made much of a difference but it was the principle of the matter. Plus, the sales manager's attitude over me wanting to see a print out of the offer, which had been given to me earlier by another sales manager, really pushed me the wrong way. I just wanted to match it to the final docs to make sure it was accurate. He threatened me which really pissed me off and almost caused me to walk away from the deal. He did come later to apologize but the whole thing was stupid. Verne did a great job overall. More
