I am always greeted with a smile, paperwork in order, no waiting, great coffee and snacks, awesome loaner cars and, most importantly, my car is fixed. Glen does a great job communication both with me and the mechanics so that when I pick up my car and drive off, I don't have to return or get frustrated. Bottom line, buying a car other than an Audi would mean servicing it somewhere else --- I think I'll buy an Audi again. I have previously gone on the website and saw a few Audi's that brought us to take the long drive from Grayson to Duluth. Upon arrival to Rick case Audi, I was immediately greeted by Tony Muirhead who was extremely personable, listened to what I was looking for, and was quick to ensure I (hubby came later) was provided with insight on Audi (this is my first Audi). He first showed me a few used vehicles (from the website) and then allowed me to take a look at a few new vehicles for comparison. Tony was very sharp, thorough, and was extremely patient as he worked through the deal to ensure I received the pricing that aligned with my budget. He made it a point to provide answers to all of my questions, concerns (particularly about service), as well as review the full features of the 2015 Audi Q7 which we ended up purchasing the same day! Hubby and I are happy customers and look forward to a continued relationship with Rick Case Audi and in particular Tony Muirhead who I would definitely recommend! More

I feel in love with Audi while stationed in Italy with the 173rd, but I promised myself that I would own an Audi and knowing that I have this type of service behind such a great product warms my heart.
