Good experience I worked my deal out with Tony over email and text because I don't like to haggle at the dealership. When I arrived for the test drive he was ready wi I worked my deal out with Tony over email and text because I don't like to haggle at the dealership. When I arrived for the test drive he was ready with keys in hand. The paperwork had all the numbers we agreed upon before my arrival with no surprise charges or unwanted up sells. It was a great experience. I was delayed waiting on the finance team but that was out of his control and in the end while it was a little inconvenient it didn't change my perception about the overall experience being a good one.
