No authorization .You ask for estimate they repair I took my car to get JUST an estimated on repair. They told me while i wait they would give me loaner car it shouldn't take more then 2 hours. .I ha I took my car to get JUST an estimated on repair. They said they would put me in rental and cover the cost. Because they had no.more loaner. And it took 3days for them to give me an verbal estimate. I asked for it in.writing they gave me two different estimate on.the same day for same estimate and parts . From $400-$1300..I told them ,I declined repairs an told them i will come get my car Dont make any Repairs. When i arrived. They gave me a bill for unauthorized repairs for $1300. Including the cost of the rental car. Which theyinitial told me an put in writing they would pay for. Now they want me to pay them for something i have in writing saying they would pay and repairs, never authorized. More
