Exceptionally great deal for a special circumstance I purchased a CPO Audi from Audi Gwinnett about a year ago and loved the car. Unfortunately since the time I bought it I have had some health issues c I purchased a CPO Audi from Audi Gwinnett about a year ago and loved the car. Unfortunately since the time I bought it I have had some health issues come up that makes it difficult for me to operate the clutch on the manual transmission that my vehicle came with. While at the dealership getting my 15k service I was given an excellent loaner car identical to mine, but with an automatic transmission. I couldn't believe how great the automatic transmission performed and asked if I could trade in my vehicle for the loaner car that I was provided. I worked with Garrett and explained that I wanted to trade out my car due to my medical condition and he went to great lengths to get me a very fair value on my trade in and got me a BRAND NEW Audi nearly identical to my first one at an incredible price. Garrett is awesome - I can't say enough good things about him. He made the purchase process incredibly easy and even met with us a little early before the dealership was open one day to wrap up the deal. He had all the paperwork ready to go and all the numbers were as negotiated and agreed upon the previous day. When we arrived to sign the paperwork the new car was detailed, had a full tank of gas, and ready for us to drive off. He even helped move our personal belongings and entertain our toddler. I really appreciate Garrett and Audi Gwinnett's willingness to help out a customer in a predicament and for the professionalism of everyone that works there. Outstanding salesman and dealership experience I had been on the fence regarding the kind of car I wanted to purchase. I had a lot of options to consider but one visit to Audi Gwinnett and being introduced to a terrific salesman, Mounir Barhoumi basically helped me with my decision. In the past when shopping for a new vehicle, I had usually avoided dealing with sales staff and almost exclusively dealt with “Internet” managers to minimize the time I had to spend face-to-face. However, Mounir was a breath of fresh air to work with. Mounir went out of his way to help me find the vehicle I wanted which ultimately was a new 2014 S4. The car I wanted was not on their lot but thanks to Mounir’s manager, Luka I was able to buy the one I really wanted. In fact, under Luka’s direction, Audi Gwinnett had the vehicle I wanted shipped from out of state to their dealership within a few days at no additional cost to me. That is an example of a top notch dealership and one that is willing to satisfy their customer at all costs. Having spent some time at Audi Gwinnett, I could see the comradery among the staff and it was very refreshing. They all seemed genuinely interested in helping each other. This goes from the sales manager on down the line all the way to the receptionist. All I can say is if anyone is even considering buying a new Audi, I highly recommend asking for Mounir Barhoumi. I bought a 2014 Audi S4. I visited several times, took several test drives (A4 and S4), and Mounir spent as much time as needed to answer all my questions. No arm twisting of any kind. When I finally decided what I wanted they were perfectly willing to custom order the exact car I wanted (paint, interior, trim line, etc). Their price was as competitive (maybe even a little bit better) as other dealers. They gave me a good price for my trade-in. They basically did everything they said they would. No games, no nonsense, etc. As I said in the title, I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else. Thanks Mounir and Dan! P.S. The car is great! More

I must say, I have bought many cars from every possible brand over many years. My experience with Mounir was by far the best. I was even at the same dealership before. However, my experience with him was far better than anyone of their associates. He was very professional, personable and I would say represented his company in a very proud manner. I must say, most of us are not excited to go to a car dealer due to the sales pressure and other uncomfortable feelings that come with it and choose to go to the online market. His professional and friendly behavior made me so comfortable that I end up ordering my 2014 Audi Q7 for a very fair price. Few days latter, he called me to let me know the car was ready. My wife and I were very impressed by his outstanding skills, professional and friendly behavior. He is by far one of the best sales associates that I have ever encountered. We sincerely think Audi Gwinnett should be very proud of him and make us feel that we have now a good friend at Audi and will remain a loyal customer for all our car service needs and future purchases.
