I have purchased many vehicles over the years. This is the first time that I have ever had such a positive experience from start to finish. This is the only dealership that I have ever dealt with that is the first time that I have ever had such a positive experience from start to finish. This is the only dealership that I have ever dealt with that is excellent in every respect. Audi Brand Specialist Jason Winter, from whom I purchased the car, did everything that he promised and more. He found the exact car I was looking for and was totally committed to make me happy. From purchase to delivery, and afterwards, he was there for me. He was generous with his time, and more. In fact everyone that I had dealings with exceeded my expectations. Being that I can not name them all in this limited space, let me simply say that everyone that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and tried their best to make this the best car buying experience that I have ever had. They succeeded. There are a few people to whom I would like to give a special shout out because I spent the most time with them and they became friends. Luka Vujnovic, who broke the stereotype of the aloof General Sales Manager. On the contrary, he is upfront, accessible, and did everything he could to make the deal happen. His involvement did not end there. Luka was involved in a hands-on way. Whatever he promised, he delivered. I did not have to micro-manage as I always have had to do in the past. He took care of me like I was his only customer. He is genuinely one of the nicest people that I have ever met. Dan Praznik, the General Manager who welcomed me into the Audi Family. He made me feel from the start that this was way more than a car dealership. I was now a friend. Again, this is an experience that I have never had before. Karl Schaefer, the Finance Manager. Karl breaks the stereotype of the uninvolved person who simply takes your money to conclude the deal. No, he was there before, during, and after answering questions and being helpful He actually made the purchase experience a pleasant one. I was expecting problems. There were none. There were no tricks or gimmicks. The price originally quoted was the same on delivery. One would think that this is, or should be, the norm. But in my experiences previously with other Luxury Car dealerships this was not always the case. Karl is an honest man. He never pressured me to purchase anything that I did not need. But when asked, he explained about the different programs that are available. When I decided on a few additional items like Paint Protection and Theft Deterrent he made them happen, even on a busy Saturday. He actually affixed the needed anti-theft stickers to my car personally. Again, here is someone with whom I felt immediately comfortable with, and who did all he could to make me happy. Josh Campbell, the Service Manager who I met on the delivery date. Even on a busy Saturday when I picked up the car, he did everything that I asked for. Although the car was immaculate upon delivery, there were a few things I wanted to do to personalize it. He did everything that needed to be done, and took extra steps to make sure that it was done perfectly. He answered all of my technical questions. He spent a great deal of time with me making certain that I was comfortable with my new Audi. I could see that the Service Department is top notch, and that they would take good care of me and my Audi in the future. There are many others, and I hope no one is offended if I did not mention their names. The simple truth is that everyone at Audi Gwinnett does everything that they can to make certain that you are satisfied. I had occasion to talk to other people in Sales, Parts, and the Service Department, while I was awaiting delivery of my car. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and did their best to please. I am meticulous with the way that I do things. I am a highly trained Ivy League Dentist from New York. My standards are high. For it to be so important to me that I write a letter of praise like this shows how highly I think of Audi Gwinnett. To sum it all up, this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. If you are in the market for an Audi, I cannot stress enough that Audi Gwinnett is the place to go. More
Great staff, these guys will do just about anything to make the customer happy. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. I recently purchased an SQ5 from Garrett and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. My wife and I visited several times, and as we don't have any kids, we were bouncing from S5 to SQ5 for the firs be more pleased with the experience. My wife and I visited several times, and as we don't have any kids, we were bouncing from S5 to SQ5 for the first 2 visits. After the third visit (and several visits to competing dealers and product lines), we settled on the SQ5. Garrett was great when it came to exploring all options and made sure I was able to get a SQ5 with the dual tone alcantera interior- just as I wanted in the S5. The car arrived several days later, and paperwork was ready when we arrived. Delivery took less than an hour, and Garrett made sure we were satisfied several days after we left. From A-Z, nobody at any Audi store we met had his level of product knowledge both about Audi and the competitors. Can't speak highly enough! More
Service department is awful! Brought in my vehicle for an airbag light. Left a message for Jeff Bradberry 5 different times over a 3 day span. Finally called back and spoke with a nice girl who informed me there was a part needed that was on the way from Germany. Followed up the next 2 days to get a status update from Jeff. He never returned any of my calls. Finally I call Josh Campbell the Service Manager and leave a message with him and he also never returned my call. After 2 weeks of my car being in the shop they call and say its ready. I get there to pick it up and it will not crank because the battery is dead. This place is pathetic! More
I have dealt with a lot of car dealers and sales people and I have to say that more times than not, I'm usually not happy with the service or the aggressive sales tactics. Dealing with Garrett was a great and I have to say that more times than not, I'm usually not happy with the service or the aggressive sales tactics. Dealing with Garrett was a great experience. I have bought 2 cars from Garrett an A7 and a S7 recently. I must say that I was informed during the whole process and both purchases were drama free. His level of customer service is rare in the car industry. If you need an Audi contact Garrett you will not be disappointed. More

Recently left the BMW family to purchase a new Audi A6 through Audi Gwinnett, I would absolutely recommend them and my sales manager, Marlene Topping, to any of my friends and colleagues. There was a little bit of a wait (less than 20 mins) as I went on a weekend; however, once a sales associate was available, I was treated with outstanding customer service by Marlene Topping and the Audi staff. Furthermore, the whole Audi team was concerned about my comfort level as a customer with the vehicle and finding the right car at the right price. I felt zero pressure from anyone to purchase a vehicle on the spot, but as a result of their great customer focus, warranty program, inventory, and ability to beat all other dealer pricing, I actually purchased that day. If you haven't gone to Audi Gwinnett, I urge you to stop by and ask for Marlene before your next purchase. I traveled an additional 30 miles from my closet Audi dealer and it was the best decision that I made. I have nothing but praises for this dealer as the strong customer focus experience has extended past the sale. Marlene and the Audi team have given me regular calls or emails to ensure that I am happy with my vehicle purchase and/or if they can offer any additional support. I had concerns about leaving the BMW family and customer support that I received from them; however, those concerns have been easily assuaged by Marlene and Audi Gwinnett. More

Let me first share that I bought my 2013 A8L from Garrett when he was across town at Jim Ellis, but when I reached out about a month ago, and learned he moved up to Gwinnett, I was more than thrilled to go b when he was across town at Jim Ellis, but when I reached out about a month ago, and learned he moved up to Gwinnett, I was more than thrilled to go back to him. Even though I have not yet purchased the S8 I was looking at, I was amazed (As I was when I bought my 13 A8 about a year ago) with Garrett's continued passion to the brand. He was able to raddle off every statistic, fact, and importance behind every feature on the S8. I also wanted to share that since I have had my A8, Garrett has personally come to my home to help me with servicing the car. He drops off a loaner, takes my car, and returns it at the end of the day with a full tank of gas, and a complete detail. If I had to do it again, of course I would... Just holding out for the 2014 model before I get my S8! Thanks G! More
I visited Saturday, June 29th and really was not serious about buying a new car as I am so far negative equity in my current vehicle that I didn't think it was even worthwhile to stop and talk.. I was looking at the new 2014 S4 admiring it and wishing that I had not sold my previous 2 - 2012 and 2013 Audi S4's. While I was on the lot Mounir Barhoumi stopped by and asked me if I needed any help, at this point, I declined and just said I was looking. After looking around the lot for awhile longer, I went into the showroom and was once again greeted by Mounir and he asked if I was sure I didn't need assistance. At this point, I was so excited about the S4 I went for a test drive anyway and told him my situation with my current car (which is a 2013) and my negative equity problem and he just listened and didn't interrupt or go for the hard core sales approach that some sales people jump right into, he just let me enjoy the car and we went back to the showroom and again, no pressure what so ever. I thanked him and took his card and left. On my drive home, (45 minutes away) I had time to think about it and called him back and basically told him that I was interested in the car, gave him my payoff information, what I wanted to put down and what payment and lease term I was interested in, thinking I would never hear back from him. Within the hour, he called me back and asked for more specifics and I could tell that he had a genuine interest in wanting to try and help me get out of my car and into the Audi S4. Honestly, I didn't give it much thought as I had tried with other dealerships and they either basically told me it was a pipe dream or I needed 15-20K down to make the deal work. At 9:30 PM that night Mounir called me and told me that they were able to work out the deal on the 2014 that I really wanted and that I could come in on Sunday and pick it up. They got me exactly what I asked for and nothing more. I went in on Sunday and did the paperwork and took the car home that day, there was some pending issues that needed to be worked out that couldn't be taken care of until Monday when Audi Financial opened. Mounir was instrumental in keeping me updated at all times and called me when everything was finally worked out even when he had customers with him. A very long story short, I got approved and signed the paperwork and took the vehicle home. On Tuesday the 2nd, I got buyers remorse and called to see if I could cancel the deal. This had nothing to do with the car, the dealership and certainly not Mounir, all were exceptional in every aspect of the transaction. I just felt that it was not a smart move for me since I had only been in my current car for 4 months (this would have been car #62). there was nothing not to love, I just felt I needed to be practical and pay my car down a bit more so I wouldn't take such a huge hit on depreciation. Mounir was a complete professional as was the entire team at Audi Gwinnett and they let me return the S4, no questions asked and no attitude or hard feelings. Needless to say, I felt ridiculous doing this (and still do) after they jumped through many hoops to make the impossible, possible. In all of my years of car buying, this hands down has been the most pleasant experience even though the end result was not what I wanted (or them). The atmosphere in the dealership is very lighthearted and fun, everyone seemed to enjoy actually being there, they all kid around and have a good time while at the same time maintain a professional environment. I cannot ever express my gratitude to Mounir and to Audi Gwinnett for such a pleasant experience, thank you so much! *****Update 07/17/2013***** I went back to Gwinnett Audi on 07/08/13 and purchased the S4, I gave in to my weakness for this car and was treated with the same incredible customer service as before, I love, love my new car and could not be happier with my decision (although a bit embarrassing) to return and get the car, Thank you again Mounir and Luka for your never ending patience and kindness to me**** Jim S More
