Robert was great to work with. He was very detailed when answering my questions (I had a ton to ask) and if he wasn't available when I called, he called me back everytime within minutes. When I finally made it to the dealer (a week later before I could get there), Larry was very nice and professional and also quite helpful and knowledgeable even though I wasn't buying a new Audi (I was buying a used vehicle). The rest of the staff were also helpful and professional. We came to an agreement that was more than fair in terms of both the sale price of the vehicle I bought as well as the trade-in amount for the car I was letting go. The rest of the process was pleasant and fairly quick (got out in about 2 hours - faster than my past two car-buying experiences). More
