I had to keep calling myself to see what was going on only to be told that more repairs need to be done on top of the alignment that I asked for. They didn't fix my car. Lack of professionalism. Purchased a new Audi in October 2018 (which was a less tha Not sure what's up with Audi's & Audi Gwinnett's lack of focus on the customer experience. Purchased a new Audi in October 2018 (which was a less than exceptional experience back then) and returned to the same dealership yesterday for the first 10k service. Upon arrival, the service team, although friendly, never once asked me a single question about the car, my experience with it during the first year...nothing. For a high end car and auto dealership, the experience was once again pretty lack luster. Waited over 2 hours for an oil change in a customer waiting area that seemed more like a low end car dealership at best. The staff was somewhat helpful, but not all that friendly nor informative. Upon receipt of my car, the service rep failed to explain what services were performed nor provided any other comments on the car...he simply just asked for my signatures and sent me on my way. Today, I noticed my oil level meter (under my Vehicle Settings) was only 3/4 full vs at the Max level. Just disappointing and really don't have the time nor interest to make the 40 min drive back over there to have them top it off. It's been 24 hours and not even a follow-up email or phone call to check in on the service and to seek my review. I owned my Acura MDX for 10 years and consistently after every dealer visit, I would receive both a follow-up thank you email and phone call from the dealership. Audi's focus on the customer experience from car buying to service seems to be limited at best. Pretty unfortunate. I also have a friend that had an Audi from this same dealership and due to their same poor customer experiences and attentiveness, he purchased a BMW as his next vehicle. Audi Gwinnett has seem my last visit, unfortunately. More
