Audi Gwinnett Service is not recommended! ANYONE EVEN THINKING OF GOING TO THIS DEALER SHOULD PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Sadly I should have, but did not. Our Audi A6 3.0 ANYONE EVEN THINKING OF GOING TO THIS DEALER SHOULD PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Sadly I should have, but did not. Our Audi A6 3.0T Quattro has been driven less than 20,000 miles. I brought it in because of some vibrations in the front of the car, and was told that the auto required a front brake job; both pads and rotors. These repairs totaled over $1,050. I was also informed that even though the vehicle had under 20,000 miles on it that the brakes were not covered under the new car warranty. Further, neither Audi, nor Audi Gwinnett was going to share in, or reduce the cost of the fix. Wouldn't you think that with a such low mileage $60,000 vehicle that the dealer would have made some concession on the price of the repairs. For instance, charging dealer cost on the job...not this "dealer". The so called "advisor" said that Audi brakes were "different" from all other cars and were "racing" brakes. He also used the excuse that the A6 is a "heavy car". What hogwash. If so called racing brakes need replacement so often then Audi should not use them. Or if they are so easy to fail, perhaps that should be disclosed before you purchase it. The invoice I was given stated that if I had any" concerns" that I could contact them. Of course I did so, mentioning most of what I have written here. It comes as no surprise that I have not had the courtesy of a response from this customer unfriendly group. Both my wife and I have previously owned other brands including Lexus; and have never had brake issues. I owned one Lexus for 12 years, almost 150,000 miles, and brakes were never a problem. We certainly do not recommend this dealership. Further, we will never be in the market for another Audi; and certainly will advise our friends and relatives not to have their vehicle serviced at Audi Gwinnett. More

Audi Gwinnett Each time I have my 2014 Audi A6 Prestige serviced at Audi Gwinnett, I cannot help but be impressed by the excellent Service Department run by Josh Ca Each time I have my 2014 Audi A6 Prestige serviced at Audi Gwinnett, I cannot help but be impressed by the excellent Service Department run by Josh Campbell. Of all of the Luxury cars that I have owned, regardless of brand, I have never been treated as well as I am at Audi Gwinnett. This is Luxury Service at it's best. Mr. Campbell runs a flawless operation; each employee is polite, helpful and excellent at his or her job. Josh Campbell is a hands-on Service Manager and he takes ownership of your maintenance or service personally. Every car, every customer, ever employee is treated with respect. No detail is too small for him to handle personally. I can easily see this gentleman as the Captain of a ship. With a seemingly effortless air every problem is resolved, every Customer leaves impressed and pleased. I would also like to mention Glen Phelts and Jeffrey Bradberry who are pleasant, efficient, and excellent at their positions. I specifically request Angel to perform my Service; this Technician is first rate at everything that he does. I have written many reviews for the Audi Gwinnett Service Department, and each time I cannot use enough superlatives to explain my immense satisfaction with this Dealership. More
