It became quite evident very quickly that Rafael Rosario and Audi Hawthorne was the one I wanted to deal with. I knew the vehicle I wanted and Rafael was my specialist to walk us through from test drive to negotiation to pickup. It was easy, with little stress. Would recommend to all! Kurt Hughes was my finance manager. Very easy to deal with, no pressure in introducing service recommendations, pleasure to talk to. Luis Gutierrez was our tech specialist. OMG, these vehicles are loaded with so much that you need a Masters Degree. Luis has that!! He has the patience and went through the entire vehicle. Both salesmen were attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Rafael listened carefully to what I was looking for, and that is exactly what he showed me - there were no high-pressure sales techniques. He was well-informed about the car's features and very patient with any questions I had. Lindsay led us through the paperwork involved with purchasing the car and, again, was patient and knowledgeable. Rafael kept in contact with us throughout the waiting period and ushered us through the process of picking up the car when it arrived. His attitude throughout the entire process was professional, positive and accommodating. He was truly a pleasure to work with. Luis Gutierrez gave me a tutorial about the car's features. His presentation was professional and very clear. He was extremely patient and made me feel like he would take whatever time was necessary to make sure I understood the car's features.
