He personally pulled the vehicles out of the show room, was knowledgeable about all technology and mechanics of each vehicle I test drove and did it all with a smile. I thought I was receiving sales service from a manager due to how professional he was on the sales process of my Audi A4. If I could give Sebastian a 6 out of 5 Stars review I would. The sales manager Percy also went above and beyond to ensure I walked out of the dealership with a great deal and vehicle. Best Car Purchase Experience Our recent purchase of an Audi A6 (2019) was a wonderful experience. Most individuals dread the process of purchasing or leasing a car as it entails Our recent purchase of an Audi A6 (2019) was a wonderful experience. Most individuals dread the process of purchasing or leasing a car as it entails the great unknown - meaning the average consumer knows very little about the vehicle, its mechanics and operating. My family had been purchasing Toyotas from 1998 through 2016 - all from one dealership. However, advances in vehicle technology and our own personal needs for a car to provide have changed over the years. This past winter was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I was stuck driving home from the Bronx during that infamous winter storm last November. It took 6 hours to do what is normally a 30 minute drive. I found my salvation driving up the Saw Mill River Parkway behind an Audi Q5. That car hugged the road and consequently made my drive behind it easier. Unfortunately the Audi Q5 exited the parkway before my exit. I made the rest of the harrowing trip safely and managed after four attempts to climb our driveway to be home safe and sound. The first words that I told my wife was that our next car was going to be an all wheel drive. Our Toyota dealership made several attempts to persuade me to stay with them, but they could not offer me a car (versus SUV) with AWD. My wife has mobility issues and has difficulty getting in and out of SUV vehicles. While our daughter was visiting she suggested that we visit several dealerships to see what our options were. Our first stop was Audi Hawthorne. Lindsay Wolff took very good care of us and was a plethora of information regarding the Audi vehicles. His manner was friendly and knowledgeable. When we found out that Audi cars are all wheel drive we were sold. We had two basic needs for the car we were purchasing - AWD and great trunk space. The A6 fit the need. We eventually bought an A6 from Lindsay. In addition to Audi Hawthorne we investigated other Audi Dealerships (Eastchester, Mohegan Lake, Rockland and Connecticut). At our daughter’s urging we visited a Subaru dealership. We found that Audi Hawthorne was the place to buy. I own the car a week now and I do not have any doubts about the decision we made. Since purchasing the car; Lindsay and Luis have reached out to us to determine our satisfaction with the vehicle, the dealership and if we required any assistance. We will be taking advantage of Luis’ expertise to have a deeper understanding of all the features that the A6 offers. These are all reassuring indicators that we made the correct decision. Additionally, Nick Belli was a great additional support for our decision to go with Audi Hawthorne. Overall, the purchase of this vehicle was extremely positive experience and will open the doors for recommendations and future purchases. More
