Great experience I was car shopping and I went to Audi to take a look at the Q5. I was impressed with the facility and the staff was very friendly. Rafael introduced himself, showed me a Q5 and asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. I said yes. While driving, he was very knowledgeable and insightful about the vehicle. Next thing I know, I fell in love with the car and decided to purchase a Q5. Rafael made sure my new vehicle met my expectations. Kurt made the financing process very smooth and Luis provided much needed technological expertise.
