Terrific Service Had some issues managing the Myaudi and Audi Connect systems. While i find the technology needlessly confusing and uneasy to manage, fortunately Audi Had some issues managing the Myaudi and Audi Connect systems. While i find the technology needlessly confusing and uneasy to manage, fortunately Audi has Luis working there. He was terrific in helping me get setup and then make changers to various passwords, codes, pins and other secret numerical patterns that need to be entered in order to get some of the simple functionality from the AudiConnect app. So, while im not overly excited about the Audi technology and do have to say that the top notch service rep Luis saved me. Thank you again Luis! More

He made going over my Q5 a pleasant experience and saved me hours of work by filling out the Audi app registration and other paperwork that I simply didn't have the time to fill.
