Inflated pricing Yesterday, I visited the dealership and requested a lease quote on a vehicle. The quote I was given was much higher than I anticipated. This mornin Yesterday, I visited the dealership and requested a lease quote on a vehicle. The quote I was given was much higher than I anticipated. This morning I went online and to my amazement, found a promotional offer for the same vehicle. Now as we all know, the monthly promotional price doesn't include a whole host of fees. So, I totaled up all the fees and then amortized them over the length of the lease. The number I came up with was well over $100 less per month than the quote I received. I am a firm believer in the capitalist system, but I find it disturbing that at no time was I made aware of the special offer that was being run. That I blame on the salesman. The price quote I received; I blame that on the general manager. I was really hoping to do business with Hawthorne, but I don't think it is going to happen. Not a good experience. More

I knew the vehicle I wanted and Rafael was my specialist to walk us through from test drive to negotiation to pickup. It was easy, with little stress. Would recommend to all! Kurt Hughes was my finance manager. Very easy to deal with, no pressure in introducing service recommendations, pleasure to talk to. Luis Gutierrez was our tech specialist. OMG, these vehicles are loaded with so much that you need a Masters Degree. Luis has that!! He has the patience and went through the entire vehicle. Granted, you are not going to know all but he told us often he was an email away and anytime can come back with questions. I am taking him up on that!
