My experience was good at first. The people I worked with in the office were knowledgeable and respectful as expected. The sales person and myself know for sure the dings were not there when we inspected the vehicle and went for a test drive. Fortunately for me I noticed before leaving the lot so the manager agreed to fix it. Had I not noticed before I left , Audi would not be willing to fix the dings. The fact that people handling such an expensive purchase were so negligent left a bad impression on me hence the rating. More

I have never owned an Audi before but compared to prior luxury car service centers, I find Audi Hunt Valley to pale in comparison. For instance, I recently replaced a tire with about 6,000 miles on it that luxury car service centers, I find Audi Hunt Valley to pale in comparison. For instance, I recently replaced a tire with about 6,000 miles on it that had a bubble in the tire. Seems that should be under warranty from the tire manufacturer, but unless you purchased the road hazard coverage from them, it wasn’t worth their time to file a warranty claim for it. So I paid $361 to replace the tire. Not the end of the world, but I will try a different Audi service center nearby to see how their customer service compares. Also, on my last two visits for relatively minor service work, they couldn’t get to it same day, so I had to leave the car overnight. Seems like poor time management to me. More
