DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! !!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! The camera system on my new Audi (still under warranty) went out and when I went to get fixed, they said it was my fault. They !!! They brought me out to my car and pointed to where they said was a scratch was and that that caused the issue and that they weren't going to honor my warranty and that I had to pay close to $1200 to get alignment done!!! First off, there wasn't even a mark where they pointed and second off, even if there was, is Audi saying they make a product that if a shopping cart were to hit it, it would stop functioning...... and we the customer should pay to fix their cheaply engineered xxx?!!!! I never let crooks win and these people are crooks. So look for me every day out front of this Audi dealership because I will be out there with a bull horn and signs letting potential customers know how bad this dealership is. If a customer purchased a warranty, THEY SHOULD HONOR IT!!!!! Not make things up so they can pass costs along to customer! See you soon Hunt Valley Audi!! One problem that was major with my leased A6 in 2019 was solved with the help of this dealer, and I subsequently bought a Q5 from this dealer after the lease expired on its lease. They handled this lease and subsequent purchase with no pressure and reasonable discussion before the agreements were completed. Their help on the previous issue with the A6 kept me loyal to the Audi brand. I first leased an Audi at this location in 2002 or 2003. More
Audi Hunt Valley I flew to Baltimore to buy a used 2025 Audi Q5, having agreed on price and terms beforehand. The dealer had copies of my check, insurance info, and ID the day prior to my scheduled 1:30 PM Audi Q5, having agreed on price and terms beforehand. The dealer had copies of my check, insurance info, and ID the day prior to my scheduled 1:30 PM appointment. A typo was discovered on the bank check that day. The bank typo had valley spelled vallry“. Despite my bank confirming available funds and offering alternatives like wire transfer (could take 1-2 days) or credit cards to guarantee a replacement check, the dealer insisted I finance the vehicle instead. After two non-bank lenders initially denied my application (despite an 800+credit score), I was assigned to a sub-prime lender with overstated state taxes and fees on the paperwork. The dealer claimed overcharges would be refunded later. Attempts to pay off the loan immediately were rejected, and I was told my only options were to proceed with financing or return the car. I've have copied all correspondence to AutoNation and Audi USA contacted customer service departments and have registered to file a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General after receiving final documents More
