DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! !!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! The camera system on my new Audi (still under warranty) went out and when I went to get fixed, they said it was my fault. They !!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! The camera system on my new Audi (still under warranty) went out and when I went to get fixed, they said it was my fault. They brought me out to my car and pointed to where they said was a scratch was and that that caused the issue and that they weren't going to honor my warranty and that I had to pay close to $1200 to get alignment done!!! First off, there wasn't even a mark where they pointed and second off, even if there was, is Audi saying they make a product that if a shopping cart were to hit it, it would stop functioning...... and we the customer should pay to fix their cheaply engineered xxx?!!!! I never let crooks win and these people are crooks. So look for me every day out front of this Audi dealership because I will be out there with a bull horn and signs letting potential customers know how bad this dealership is. If a customer purchased a warranty, THEY SHOULD HONOR IT!!!!! Not make things up so they can pass costs along to customer! See you soon Hunt Valley Audi!!
