What can I say, I'm a fan of Audi but not a fan of Audi Hunt Valley. My experience with the Hunt Valley staff was less than pleasant to say the least. The car I purchased wasn't serviced by the service dep Hunt Valley. My experience with the Hunt Valley staff was less than pleasant to say the least. The car I purchased wasn't serviced by the service department as the "Inspection Due" warning light was illuminated on the dash. I was since advised by a different Audi dealership that Audi Hunt Valley failed to properly service the vehicle prior to the sale. Additionally, I was only provided one key for the car but was advised they "require" two keys when a vehicle is traded in. If I wanted a second fob, I'd have to purchase the key fob through Hunt Valley at full price. Of course, I made sure to provide two fobs for my previous vehicle that I traded. On the date of purchase, I was kept waiting for an hour while the paperwork was prepared despite them having time to prepare prior to my arrival. After arriving at 5:30pm, I didn't leave the dealership until 8:00pm!! My experience with Audi Hunt Valley has been less than pleasant and my worst dealership experience yet. I would not recommend Audi Hunt Valley nor would I ever do business with them again. More
